Anand Bansal is a cinematographer from Indore, India inspired by his father, who was passionate about photography but could never pursue it professionally. Anand’s own interest in image-making began at the age of 15 with photography, which eventually led him to cinematography. He has a strong grounding in both fiction and non-fiction filmmaking and is drawn to stories that carry emotional depth, approaching each project with honesty and clarity in visual storytelling.
In addition to his film work, he regularly shoots advertising projects, viewing them as opportunities to practice his craft more often. He values collaboration and believes that filmmaking is ultimately a shared process — one built on trust, openness, and clear communication.
